  Good food, piss poor management. Party of 10, 9/10 meals were good/great. But the clam dish had too many broken shells. I can understand whole clams cooked in the dish and having to shell them but so many pieces of shell that the dish was unsafe to eat. The hostess refused to take dish of the bill, arguing that they did nothing wrong. Seems like she doesn't understand "the customer is always right". Cook/owner came out to resolve this issue, but felt inclined to lecture me on seafood shells. He also didn't seem to understand the unsafe issue we had. Almost feel sorry for them, no understanding not to argue with costumers. I've always been under the impression you bust your butt for the customer, to make them happy. They are the ones that keep you in business. And now with social media, every mistake can be reported to the world. Eventually removed cost from bill.

  The are no driveways until the parking lot from Brown Deer, you have to turn onto Kildeer first. We had a lovely supper there. I tried the Pad Thai with shrimp, medium, but should have asked for spicy, and I LOVED the lychee sorbet. My husband got the really really "we dare you" it's so spicy wild boar dish and the chocolate lava cake dessert (a Valentine's Day special). The wild boar was a little too spicy, but he ate half of it and liked the flavor. The bathrooms were clean and the Valentine's decorations were very cute.
