  I love firehouse subs, and this place was great but they definitely did things different from the other places. They great you as you enter the doors and have some internal communication about the readiness of your food. "first pass" and "second pass" . it was fun.

  I asked what exactly does the money go to for the fund raiser they are tied to, and the older dopey manager looking white lady, got an attitude and was sarcastic, saying it goes to herself. She seemed too unintelligent to attempt explaining to her that one might or might not want to support certain aspects of Law Enforcement like Drug Dogs etc. The other actual manager, was fake and unfriendly, like he had been enslaved there half his life, yet the place just opened. The horrible burnt out management, and the thugs and ratchets they mindlessly employ, numbered nearly a dozen. Which made me ask myself, why would I pay so much for crappy subs and worse service? Just because Subway and Cousins don't have a hot sauce buffet and fancy space-age limeade soda fountain? And how many fools does it take to run a glorified-overpriced Subway rip-off? Apparently like 12, like I've said. ONLY IN BROWN DEER FOLKS, ONLY IN BROWN DEER SMH
