  Terrible service. Ordered my pizza and was expected to be delivered within 30-40 minutes. At the hour mark it still hadn't left the store. I wish I had a recording of the phone call because the first gal came on the phone and said thanks for calling papa johns how can I help you so I started to speak and she threw me on hold before I could even finish what I was saying. I held for over 2 minutes and then a gentleman came on the phone and said hello. I said yes I am trying to get the status of my order and he said who is this? REALLY. Then when he informed me it hadn't left the store I just wanted to cancel and he said ok I'll do that and hung up. Unbelievably rude. I won't be ordering from this store again.

  This store is understaffed. It doesn't have enough drivers. The delivery area is mequon rd north, the lake east, hwy 100 west & silver spring south. Sometimes with just 2 drivers. Employee pay is bonus driven so excellent numbers & service helps the employees pay(they want to please every customer). This store typically has 135 orders a day with 65-85 coming between 5-9 p.m. again sometimes with 2 drivers. Here is my best tip: every time you call add 15-20 minutes additional delivery time for every additional ring past the first 4 rings. People who order online might want 2 call first if your ordering @ peak hours.
